The coroner’s office has identified the man as Alberto Castaneda Aco.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt Force Injuries

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 6:56 p.m.

The decedent was on a crosswalk on the way home from work when he was fatally struck by a stolen vehicle.
