Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 16-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred on a freeway.

The coroner’s office identified the teenage girl as Addison Kempf.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt-Force Traumatic Injuries

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Depression with Suicidal Ideations, and Using Narcotic Substances
