(L.A.) Gregory Hale, 36, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 36-year-old Black male that occurred at a private residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Gregory Hale.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Oxycodone, Cocaine, Alprazolam, and Ethanol Toxicity
RIP GREGORY HALE (November 30, 1986 – May 28, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 6:58 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 28, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs. This is considered an accidental overdose.
