Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 25-year-old Latino male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Dominique Lopez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Alprazolam, Ethanol, and Fentanyl

RIP DOMINIQUE LOPEZ (January 4, 1998 – May 27, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 1:02 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 9, presumably after the results of the tox screen came back.
