The coroner’s office has identified the man as Toney Smith.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine and Fentanyl

Other Significant Conditions: History of Hiv, Hypertension, Alcoholic Liver Disease, and Hyperlipidemia
