The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Naomi Nestor and listed his race/ethnicity as White/Caucasian [sic].

Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Zuniga.

Cause of Death: Olanzapine Intoxication

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertensive Heart Disease, Hepatic Steatosis
