The coroner’s office identified the man as Juan Dominguez.

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Blunt-Force Trauma

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 10:12 p.m.

The decedent was injured at Shermay Way and Tujunga on August 7.

He passed away at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills.
