The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joel Beeson.

Cause of Death A: Multiple Organ Failure

Cause of Death B: Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

Cause of Death C: Gastroduodenal Ulcers

Other Significant Conditions: History of Thrombocytopenia; Diabetes Mellitus; Gout
