(L.A.) Richard Cortez III, 43, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old Latino male that occurred at a private residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Richard Cortez III.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine
RIP RICHARD CORTEZ III (December 2, 1979 – May 22, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 5:32 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 22, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
