(L.A.) Harry O’Neill, 30, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Harry O’Neill.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine and Fentanyl

RIP HARRY O’NEILL (April 23, 1993 – May 22, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 8:32 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 20, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.

This was an accidental drug overdose.
