Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Angelita Combest.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Heroin, and Methamphetamine

RIP ANGELITA COMBEST (April 6, 1982 – April 4, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 12:00 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 4, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
