Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 22-year-old “White/Caucasian” female that occurred on a hillside.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Daniella Lopez of Montclair, California. Height: 5 feet 3 inches. Weight: 120 pounds

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

The decedent was thought to have been fatally injured in a vehicle crash in downtown Los Angeles at the Grand Avenue on-ramp to the northbound Hollywood (101) Freeway.

Results of the toxicology screening came back by June 25. The death was ruled an accidental drug overdose by the medical examiner.
