(L.A.) Dennis Peck, 74, Died from Fentanyl

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 74-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Dennis Peck.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Multiple Organ Failure

Cause of Death B: Effects of Fentanyl Intoxication
