Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old Caucasian female that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Nacole Marzullo.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Sodium Nitrite Intoxication

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Attention Deficit Diorder, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Idiopathic Epilepsy and G [sic]
