Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old Hispanic male that occurred on a sidewalk in Chatsworth.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Javier Garcia.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 1:12 p.m.

He was found on a sidewalk at 9605 Canoga Avenue in Chatsworth, California 91311.
