Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Hispanic male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Victor Nevarez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Cocaine, Fentanyl, and Methamphetamine Intoxication

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
