Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old Hispanic male that occurred at his home.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ismael De La Cueva, resident of Louvre Street in Pacoima.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death A: Asphyxia

Cause of Death B: Plastic Bag Placed Over Head
