Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old Caucasian female that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Emillie Mccullough.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Effects

Other Significant Condition: Recent Clonazepam Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 4:05 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in late August, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
