(L.A.) Katherine Winger, 66, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 66-year-old Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Katherine Winger of Whittier.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Blunt Force Head Trauma

RIP KATHERINE WINGER (October 24, 1955 – June 28, 2022)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 5:35 p.m.

The incident happened on June 18, a Saturday, in the parking lot of the Whittier Area Community Church at 8100 Colima Rd., Whittier, 90605.

She passed away 10 days later at LAC + USC Medical Center at 2051 Marengo Street, Los Angeles, 90033.
