(L.A.) Samuel Nuñez, 45, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Hispanic/Latin American male that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Samuel Nunez.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Intoxication
Other Significant Condition: Glycosuria
