(L.A.) Alfonso Anaya, 67, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 67-year-old Latin American male that occurred at a residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Alfonso Anaya.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Heroin, and Methamphetamine Toxicity
RIP ALFONSO ANAYA (September 15, 1955 – April 3, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 1:34 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in late September, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
