Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Chantz Mccall.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Decompensated Diabetes Mellitus

RIP CHANTZ MCCALL (April 22, 1964 – January 17, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 7:05 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early September, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.
