Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Michael Kilpatrick.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Rectal Cancer

Other Significant Condition: Methamphetamine Effects
