The coroner’s office has identified the man as Francisco Sandoval. Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name was Ruano.

Cause of Death A: Sepsis
Cause of Death B: Urinary Tract Infection
Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus
