(L.A.) Adrian Alvarado, 30, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old male of Latin American ethnicity that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Adrian Alvarado.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Intoxication

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Alcohol

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 2:41 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early August, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
