Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Phreeshawn Foster. Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Brown.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Cocaine

Other Significant Condition: Medical History of Asthma

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 11:40 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 9, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
