Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old male that occurred in a board and care facility.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Kevin Franco and listed his race/ethnicity as Latin American.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP KEVIN FRANCO (October 18, 1993 – March 17, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 6:37 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 17, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
