Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old male of Middle Eastern descent that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Zaveh Ebrahimi.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Heroin, and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 11:53 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 23, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
