Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old “Pacific Islander” male that occurred in a government facility.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Chadwick Conley.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy

Cause of Death C: Morbid Obesity

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus; Multiple Sclerosis
