The coroner’s office identified the man as Jose Sanchez.

Cause of Death A: Complications of End-Stage Renal Disease

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Nephrosclerosis

Other Significant Conditions: Pneumonia, Sepsis, Dementia, and Recently Missed a Dialysis Treatment
