The coroner’s office has identified the man as Albert Winzer Jr..

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Methamphetamine and Cocaine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 4:42 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 17, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.
