(L.A.) Hugo Calderon, 21, Died in Palmdale

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 21-year-old Latino male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office identified the young man as Hugo Calderon.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt-Force Traumatic Injuries

Formal pronouncement of death was made early Sunday morning.

The incident happened Saturday night at around 11:00 p.m. at the intersection of Avenue N and 10th Street West.

A black Lexus LS400 was traveling southbound on 10th Street West while a white Chevrolet Colorado pickup truck was heading eastbound on Avenue N. Both vehicles entered the intersection simultaneously and collided.
