Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 50-year-old Black female who passed away at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Opal Jackson. Born in L.A. County.

STATUS: The decedent’s body is ready to be released. Ruling by the deputy medical examiner is deferred pending additional investigation.
