Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Latino male who passed away at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Anthony Cortez.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Ethanol

In the medical examiner’s parlance, “private residence” indicates it was not the decedent’s own home.
