Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 67-year-old Black male that occurred at a residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Booker.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Heroin, and Cocaine
RIP DAVID BOOKER (November 21, 1955 – February 1, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 3:13 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 19, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
