(L.A.) Tamara Nestoly, 46, Died From Polydrug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old female that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Tamara Nestoly and listed her race/ethnicity as Asian.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Phencyclidine Toxicity

RIP TAMARA NESTOLY (October 22, 1976 – January 30, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 6:29 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 14, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, overdose.
