(L.A.) Michael Foreman, 46, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Michael Foreman.

Hair: Brown / Eyes: Brown

Height: 5 feet 8 inches / Weight: 180 pounds

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus Pneumonia

Cause of Death B: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP MICHAEL JAY FOREMAN (April 24, 1979 – December 4, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday.

The decedent had numerous arrests for public intoxication and drug offenses.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early February, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
