Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 76-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office identified the man as William Spires.

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine
RIP WILLIAM SPIRES (May 30, 1949 – December 23, 2025)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.
This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
