Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 27-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Damon Johnson Jr.

Cause of Death: Effects of Ethanol and Fentanyl

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, substance overdose.
