Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Black male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Tonton Yenge.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Diabetic Ketoacidosis

Cause of Death B: Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus

The decedent appears to have been born in the Congo, specifically the Democratic Republic of the Congo, possibly in Kinshasa.
