(L.A.) Darren Davis, 23, Died on the 605 Freeway

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 23-year-old Latino male that occurred on the 605 Freeway.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Darren Davis.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt-Force Traumatic Injuries

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday evening.

California Highway Patrol first heard about a crash on Interstate 605 North at the transition to State Route 60 at around 4:29 p.m.

The decedent was fatally injured in the two-vehicle collision involving a Nissan SUV and a big rig. He was driving the SUV.
