Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office identified the man as Eldon Meighan, resident of 231 West Imperial Highway in the 90061.
Manner of Death: Homicide
Cause of Death: Gunshot Wound of the Head
RIP ELDON MEIGHAN (August 2, 1980 – December 10, 2021)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 11:42 a.m.
The incident happened outside the decedent’s home on Thursday, December 9.
He was taken to Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Torrance where he expired the following day.
