(L.A.) Angie Peterson, 38, Died at a Care Facility

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at a care facility.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Angie Peterson.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death A: Anoxic Encephalopathy

Cause of Death B: Sequelae of Hanging
