(L.A.) Diego Arredondo Valencia, 18, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 18-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the teen as Diego Arredondo Valencia.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-January, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
