(L.A.) Rafael Mungaray, 54, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Rafael Mungaray.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

Other Significant Condition: History of Diabetes
