Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old Latino male that occurred in a recreational vehicle.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Pablo Alcazar.

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine
