The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Ivalyssa Tolentino.

Cause of Death A: Diabetic Ketoacidosis

Cause of Death B: Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus Type 1

Other Significant Conditions: Congestive Heart Failure, End-Stage Renal Disease
