The coroner’s office identified the man as Joshua Rizzo.

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Embolism

Cause of Death B: Probable Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis

Cause of Death C: Lumbar Spondylolisthesis and Radiculopathy
