Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 52-year-old Black female that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Daphne Miner.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Cocaine and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
