Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 56-year-old Latin American male that occurred at a his residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ruben Alvarez.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Methamphetamine and Fentanyl Toxicity

RISE Apartments is a Permanent Supportive Housing community that is a five-story building with one level of subterranean parking, offering 42 studio units for chronically homeless veterans and 14 studio units for other homeless.
